Shipping policy

We ship to the US with USPS and UPS as our shipping partners.

We will strive to fulfill your order within 3 business days.

Carriers delivery time is 2-5 business days from ship date depending on the destination.

Please expect 7-10 business days for shipments to be delivered.You can choose expedited shipping service at checkout.

You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped with the package tracking information. 

If you have mistyped your address or communication details and we haven't shipped your product yet, please email info@drinkbettacoffee.com to get your details updated. If we have already shipped your product, then you are responsible for retrieving this product or contacting the carrier system directly to re-route the package. 

International shipments are currently not supported
